Regulation No. 332 date 6.6.2018 supplementing Regulation No. 547 date 9.8.2006 "On the establishment of the National Agency of Natural Resources". as amended.

Regulation 332 of 2018 supplements Regulation 547 of 2006 regarding the establishment of the National Agency of Natural Resources by adding to the Agency's duties and responsibilities monitoring powers over the concession agreements for the construction of hydro plants. The monitoring will take place every five years and for penalty calculation purposes the assessment will use annual energy production data starting from the first year of energy production. The Agency will also be involved in the assessment of the investments done for the construction of energy producing capacities. Further procedures for the implementation of this regulation will be detailed by ministerial guidelines.
