Regulation No. 335 date 6.6.2018 approving the rules for the registration and evaluation of plant protection products.

The purpose of this Regulation is to lay down rules for the registration and assessment of the plant protection products. The assessment rules cover both the rules of procedure for the conduct of the assessment as well as the the assessment criteria. The plant protection products may enter the Albanian territory only if registered in compliance with this regulation. Specifically, the regulation includes rules on products eligibility, application content and form, procedure of registration and registration documents, applicable terms, confidentiality and data protection, right of information and appeal procedures. The Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development bears responsibility for implementation.
