Regulation No. 390 on the animal identification system and livestock farms registration.

This Regulation lays down the system for the identification of animals and regulates livestock farms registration. The responsible authority is the Livestock Directorate at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Protection. The regional agriculture directorates lead and implement the system for the areas they cover by hiring private specialists for this purpose.
