Regulation No. 409 on the criteria of marketing and certification of material for the vegetative propagation of the vine.

The regulation establishes the criteria for the marketing of material for the vegetative propagation of the vine, its categories, identity and quality, rules of packaging and labeling, and rules of procedure for their certification. The regulation is partially approximated with the Council Directive 68/193/EEC of 9 April 1968 as amended by EC directive 2005/43/EC of 23 June 2005. Templates of all documents related to the certification process such as the certification request, the certificate, and the inspection act are attached to the regulation.
