Regulation no. 428 date 8.6.2016 establishing the state database for the digital map of the urban waste sites.

The database includes data on waste sites' location, population served by the sites, the quantity of waste deposited annually, the sites’ distances from residences, national roads, water sources, railroads, cemeteries and other functions, images of the deposit sites and their surroundings, planning documents, and space and mapping data related to the waste sites and the municipalities where the sites are located. The database includes primary and secondary data and the data providers include the Department of Urban Services at the Ministry of Urban Development, the National Geoportal ASIG, and local government structures.
