Regulation No. 435 date 11.7.2018 amending and supplementing Regulation No. 712 date 31.7.2013 of the Council of Ministers on the public procurement rules of fishery rights in the internal waters of the Republic of Albania, as amended.

Regulation 435 of 2018 supplements and amends Regulation 712 of 2013 regarding the rules of procedure of public procurement of fishery rights in the internal waters of Albania. Specifically, the Regulation introduces electronic application/procurement and eliminates hard copy submissions for fishing authorizations. The applications will be submitted online through the only official procurement record system for Albania - e-Albania portal. The ministry responsible for fishery will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of the fishing contracts signed pursuant to the fishing authorizations.
