Abstract
This Regulation sets forth criteria and rules regarding the exploitation of forests and the sale of timber and other forestry and non-forestry products with the purpose of responding to public demand for fire logs while preserving the forests health.
The Regulation consists of 10 Chapters: Purpose and Scope (I); Definitions (II); Exploitation Criteria and Rules of Procedure (III); Selection and Transfer for Usage of Forestry Units and Sub-Units (IV); Rules of Exploitation (V); Sale of Forestry Material (VI); Existing Contracts for the Public and Private Forestry Fund Exploitation (VII); Rules for the Exploitation and Sale of Non-Forestry Products (VIII); Final Provisions (IX); Transitional Provisions (X).
