Abstract
Regulation 494 of 2016 supplements article 30 of Regulation 407 of 2013 concerning the information collected on the local fishing boats. The date and time of entrance and exit for all the fishing boats will now be registered for all zones stipulated in article 11 and article 104 of law 64/2012 on fishery, and all zones regulated by the regional fishery organizations where Albania is a party. The supplements then deal with the rules of procedure when the equipment used for identification and localization through satellite are no longer functioning.
