Abstract
This Regulation establishes a control, inspection, and enforcement system to guarantee the enforcement of the management policies and rules in fishery. A control protocol in this regard is the sum of measures and activities that will be undertaken for the sustainable development and exploitation of the fishery resources in maritime and internal waters through a system of monitoring and supervision carried out by relevant staff to verify the implementation of the fishery rules and present the data in reports and databases, to identify the movement of boats, their electronic communication, their fishing capacities, the procedures of fishery products’ sale and their certification for export and import purposes. This process is applicable on all fishing activities that take place in the country either by fishing boats or individuals.
