Regulation No. 52 date 31.1.2018 supplementing and amending Regulation No. 218 date 11.2.2015 on the criteria and rules of procedure for exploiting land areas adjacent to existing permits and changing the boundaries of mineral permits defined in space with three coordinates.

This Regulation supplements Regulation 218 of 2015 by expanding on the right of existing permit holders to apply for additional exploitation areas adjacent to the existing ones in cases when the National Agency of Natural Resources assesses that the further exploitation of the mineral reserves over and under the adjacent existing permit represents risks and technical difficulties for the neighboring entity. Further, Regulation 52 amends the exploitation permit term for areas adjacent to existing permits by limiting the term to the remaining period of the existing permit and removing the possibility for its extension.
