This Decision lays down the procedures for renting water areas for intensive aquaculture activities. The areas to be rented are either at coastal areas, internal waters or natural lakes. The documents to be submitted are the request for renting, the business incorporation, the technical project, the detailed business plan and proof of conformity with the environmental requests.
