Regulation No. 580 on the organization, functioning and tasks of the Milk Experts Council.

The Regulation concerns the membership and defines the tasks and responsibilities of the Milk Experts Council. The Council is an advisory body which operates under the Minister of Agriculture, Food, and Consumer Protection and carries out functions relating to the the production, storage, processing and marketing of milk and dairy products. The Council is composed of 11 members. The tasks include preparing advisory opinions on the regulatory policies in the field of milk and dairy products, long term development strategies, institutional coordination, preparation of regulatory framework and selection of reference laboratories.
