Abstract
This Regulation lays down rules and requirements for the safe treatment of radioactive waste and specific requirements for the licensing of radioactive waste treatment centers. It consists of the following Chapters: General Provisions (I) including specific requirements for a National Plan for the Management of Radioactive Waste; Management of Radioactive Waste (II); Licensing of Subjects of Radioactive Waste Management (III); Data and Reporting (IV) including specific provisions for a National Register of Radioactive Waste; and Final Provisions (V).
