Abstract
This Regulation aims at protecting, conserving and improving the environment quality as well the human health through minimizing the negative impact of waste export and non-dangerous solid waste transit. It lays down the rules of procedure for the intraborder transit of solid waste according to their origin, destination, transport route and final treatment methods. .
