Regulation No. 94 date 14.2.2018 amending and supplementing Regulation no. 641 date 1.10.2014 on the rules of procedure for the export of solid waste and transit of non-dangerous solid waste.

This Regulation 94 of 2018 amends Regulation 614 of 2014 regarding the tasks and responsibilities of the ministry responsible for environment during the licensing process of the exporting entities. According to the change, the ministry is responsible for the collection of several documents regarding the status of the applying entity like the copy of the registration certificate at the National Business Center, the copy of the environmental permit, etc. The Ministry of Tourism and Environment, General Dept. of Customs and its regional branches, the National Environment Agency, and the State Inspectorate of Environment, Forestry, and Waters are responsible for the Regulation’s implementation.
