Regulation No. 750 dated 14.7.2010 approving the rules of phytosanitary quarantine inspection.

The aim of this Regulation is to prevent the entry and distribution of the quarantine parasites in the country and to ensure an adequate protection of plants and plant products. It’s composed of six sections: I- General, II. Definitions, III- Quarantine Inspection, IV- Phytosanitary measures for the movement of local plant products, V- Registration of importers, exporters, producers, and the wholesale and retail centers, and VI- Final provisions. Complete lists of parasites present or non present, prohibited or not prohibited in the country are attached to this decision.
