Abstract
This Regulation aims at disciplining the process of administering construction waste by laying down rules and procedures for all companies that operate in construction and the treatment of waste generated by it. The Regulation consists of the following Chapters: General Provisions (I); Separation of waste (II); Permits (III); Monitoring and Control (IV).
