Regulation No.260 laying down the rules and procedure for samples’ testing, reporting on the results, and results’ assessment.

The regulation lays down the rules on: a) the official inspection and the rules of procedure for acquiring fertilizers’ samples; b) samples’ testing to verify compliance with quality indicators stipulated in the certificate of origin and analysis; and c) reporting on and assessing the results. The regulation is partially approximated with the EU Regulation 2003/2003 ‘On Fertilizers’ dated 13 October 2003. Template forms of inspection, samples’ labeling, delivery, and reports are also attached to the decision.
