Law No.10390 dated 3.3.2011 on the use of fertilizers.

The Law lays down rules on the fertilizers’ evaluation, their categorization, monitoring of their production, packaging, labelling, transport, storage and trading, the registration of those not labelled as EC fertilizers, and the responsible authorities. The Law covers following Chapters: General Provisions, Production, trade, storage, transport, labeling, and the certificate of analyses and origin, Organization and functioning of the responsible state structures, Sample taking, analyzing, and evaluation, Administrative infringements and Final Provisions.
