Abstract
The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following fields: (a) exchange of hydrometeorological information generally and in case of disasters in particular; (b) coordinated hydrometeorological observation; (c) global research related to climate change and depletion of ozone layer; (d) cooperation with the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) (art. 2).

The Agreement entered into force on 2 February 1992.
Notes
Any Party can terminate the present Agreement by written notification to the depositary after the initial period of five years. The termination of Agreement for this Party shall become effective from 31 December of the following year.
