Abstract
This Decision provides for the state registration, re-registration, and removal from registration of pesticides and agrochemicals, which are subject to mandatory state registration when produced in, imported into, or circulated within the country, except for emergency imports approved by the competent authority. The process is implemented by the Food Safety Inspection Body and is conducted under general or simplified procedures depending on defined conditions.
Applications are submitted in paper or electronic form. Registration decisions include approval or refusal. Processing times are set for general and simplified procedures, and correction periods for deficiencies are defined. Registration may be refused where substances are included in prohibited lists, deficiencies are not corrected within the specified period, or required registration in the country of origin is absent. Re-registration is carried out where composition remains unchanged and applications are submitted within the required timeframe. Removal from registration applies upon expiry, submission of a request, inclusion of components in prohibited lists, or identification of false or inconsistent information, followed by notification.
