Government Decision No. 218 validating model forms of water use permit, water abstraction, procedure for approval of well, borehole profiles and hydrogeological and geotechnical borehole projects.

The list of model forms for the authorized water use establishes the requirements and the list of requested documentation for the application to be submitted to the competent authority for obtaining water use and water abstraction permits. The process of issuing a water use permit is carried out by the Water Resources Management Agency subordinated to the Ministry of Nature Protection in accordance with the requirements of the Water Code. A water use permit is issued based on the preliminary and final assessment of the application submitted by the water user to the Agency. The validity period of a water use permit is determined in accordance with the requirements of the national legislation.
