Abstract
This Government Decree regulates the use of water resources for the needs of fishfarming. Legal and natural persons of the Republic of Armenia may use water resources for the needs of fishfarming after obtaining a water use permit from the body authorized by the Government. Waterbodies can be used for fishing purposes in accordance with the acting legislation, with the consent of their owner and on a contractual basis. Water use of fish farms should exclude the change of groundwater level, swamping or drying of the site.
