Governmental Decree N 24-N "On approving the form and procedure for maintenance of the register of certified seed producers, importers and exporters in the Republic of Armenia".

This Governmental Decree defines the procedure for keeping the register of natural and legal persons producing, importing and exporting seeds certified in the Republic of Armenia. The procedure of registration and maintenance of the register of certified seed producers, importers and exporters shall be performed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. The following information shall be recorded in the register: (a) year, month, date of registration or deregistration of the applicant; (b) name, patronymic, surname or first name of the applicant; (c) residence or location of the applicant and telephone number; (d) field of activity; and (e) serial number of the applicant in the register.
