Abstract
This law regulates the registration of plant varieties authorized for use, seed production, reproduction, certification, transportation, storage, sale and use of. It applies to the production or reproduction of all types of domestic and imported crops, ornamental plants and forest seeds. It does not apply to methods of genetic engineering and genetically modified organisms

Order No. 28-L of the Ministry of Agriculture ''On publishing the list of plant varieties authorized for use in the Republic of Armenia''.
Governmental Decree No. 971-N validating State Program for the development of wheat seed production and import of wheat seeds for the period of 2010-2014.
Governmental Decree N 24-N "On approving the form and procedure for maintenance of the register of certified seed producers, importers and exporters in the Republic of Armenia".
The certificate is issued to the approbator for field surveys (hereinafter referred to as approbation) of certain types of agricultural crops և classes for up to 3 years. 4. The appropriator must have instructions for field testing of seed fields (variety մաքր grade purity and homogeneity, crop infection with weeds, diseases and pests).
Order No. 238 of the Ministry of Agriculture "On defining the maximum quantities of crop seed imported in/exported from RA for scientific research and variety testing purposes".
Governmental Decree N 2122-N "On approving the procedure for importing seed crops into RA and exporting seed crops from RA".
Order No. 190 of the Ministry of Agriculture ''On the definition of the plant varieties subject to state testing of economic utility''.
Order No 164 of the Ministry of Agriculture “On defining the seed production scheme in the RA”.
Governmental Decree No. 1479-N validating the Regulation validating on seed certification procedure.
