Law No. HO-104-N amending Law No. ZR-295 on state registration of rights to property.

Article 47.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Within the framework of the programs validated by the Government it is envisaged transfer of the property of legal entity to community with the right of ownership to land occupied by the state, water, energy, transport, communications, communal infrastructures, without state registration of the right of a legal person to the property and transfer of ownership of state property of the aforesaid assets to a legal entity in accordance with contract without state registration of the right of ownership of a legal person to property”.
