Abstract
This Law regulates state registration of property rights, the general principles of which shall be: (a) state protection of registered rights to property; and (b) the accessibility, objectivity, updating and centralization of cadastre data. State registration shall be implemented by a unified state cadastre system of real estate, which shall be a national public administration body authorized by the Government and its territorial branches. For the purpose of state registration, the national territory shall be divided into cadastral territories, each of which shall be assigned a cadastre code. Buildings and structures shall be assigned individual cadastre codes linked to the cadastre code of the corresponding plot. The unified code system of real estate units shall operate throughout the national territory. A cadastral map (plan) is a depiction of units of real property (regardless of ownership type), showing their location, boundaries, area and type, surface and underground communication network and other data on real estate. Cadastre files shall contain the following data: (a) buildings, edifices, dwellings; (b) purchase, lease, mortgage and servitude contracts; (c) land consolidation, subdivision and modification agreements; and (d) land ownership certificates.
