Abstract
Article 37 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Drilling activities for the use of groundwater are subject to notification, specifying type of activity, to the State Department of Nature Protection of the Republic of Armenia. Location of drilling equipment for groundwater abstraction shall be established in accordance with the procedure set forth by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.”
