Abstract
Article 37.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Location of drilling machines for the use of groundwater. Purchase and installment of drilling machines for groundwater abstraction shall be performed at the expense of legal or natural persons carrying out drilling operations. Minimum technical requirements for drilling equipment shall be set forth by the Minister of Environment”.
