Law No. HO-261-N amending Law No. S-0732-1-ZR-43 of 1993 on ensuring sanitary and epidemiological safety of the population.

Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The authorities of the Government of the Republic of Armenia are shall appoint authorized official for state registration of commodities subject to sanitary and epidemiological supervision.” Article 6 shall be appointed to add the following wording: “State sanitary and anti-epidemiological service of the Republic of Armenia shall perform state registration of commodities subject to sanitary and epidemiological supervision.”
