Article 67 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The starting price of the auction for sale of land plots may not be less than 100% of the cadastral value of the land plot, border, mountain and suburban areas included in the list determined by the government. The starting auction price in urban areas shall start from 50% of the land cadastral value. Start auction price of land plots in border settlements shall be 30% of the cadastral value.”
