Law No. HO-365-N amending Land Code (No.185 of 2001).

Article 36 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Sale of fertile soil layer, removed in the process of mineral extraction and construction works shall be prohibited. The aforesaid fertile soil layer shall be used to improve less productive soils. The procedure for sail of fertile soil layer of reclaimed land shall be established by a government decision.”
