Abstract
Article 12 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Water System Management Body shall ensure use of land (drainage) system in accordance with the procedure set forth by the Government, conclusion of contracts for services on a fee paid basis and supervision prescribed by law for the fulfillment of requirements related thereto”.
