Law No. HO-57-N amending Land Code (No.185 of 2001).

Article 36 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Item 7 The Government, with a view of protecting public health and environment, defines the general requirements for protection of the soil from pollution, the list of harmful substances polluting the soil, maximum permissible rates of harmful soil pollutants, degree of soil contamination and evaluation procedure.”
