Abstract
Article 20 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of excess of the established norms (limits) the following rates of charges shall be applicable to the excessive part: (a) tenfold for timber extraction and harvesting of non-timber products; (b) fivefold for extraction and management of solid minerals; and (c) threefold in relation to other charges.”
