Abstract
This law defines the concepts of nature protection and use fees, the scope of the payers, types of fees, procedures for calculations and payment of the fees, the liability in case of violation of this law and other relations connected to the fees. Nature protection fee: obligatory payment of financial measures to the State budget and the community budget necessary for implementation of nature protection functions, according to this law and in cases envisaged by it. Nature use fee: payments to the State budget against efficient, complex use of the State natural resources in order to provide for creation of equal conditions for the users of natural resources of different qualities. The document consists of 6 chapters that contain 23 articles. Chapter 1 (arts. 1-7) lays down general provisions. Chapter 2 (arts. 8-13) establishes procedures for calculation and payment. Chapter 3 (arts. 14-15) establishes rights and duties of the payers. Chapter 4 (arts. 16-17) establishes privileges of the payers. Chapter 5 (arts. 18-21) lays down conclusive provisions. Chapter 6 (arts. 22-23) lays down transitional provisions.
