Law No. ZR-206 amending Water Code of the Republic of Armenia.

Item 5 of the Article 33 shall be amended to add the following wording: “If terms and conditions of water management have not been violated and prolongation of water management complies with laws, other legislative acts, governmental programmes and basin management plans, water management permit shall be subject to re-issuance by the competent water management body for the same period and with the same terms and conditions.”
