Abstract
Article 20 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of lack of permit for emission of pollutants to atmospheric air the following rates of payments shall be applicable: (a) tenfold rate for emissions of pollutants within the limits set in accordance with the attached table; and (b) twentyfivefold for emissions exceeding the limits set in accordance with the attached table.”
