Abstract
This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the Hydrographical and Maritime Marking Institute of Angola (IHSMA). The Regulation, consisting of 3 Chapters, establishes the functioning of the above mentioned institution, entitled to define its organization and functioning, created to implement the functions of coordination, orientation, control, inspection, licensing and regulation of all activities related to hydrography, cartography navigation, oceanography, drainage and maritime signalization, taking into consideration the pollution control of maritime sector.
