Abstract
This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Energy and Water (SG). This Regulation, consisting of 5 Chapters and 2 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution, entitled: to carry out administrative and legal service to the Ministry SG, to coordinate, support and implement administrative and financial activities of the SG, to propose measures aiming at improving the use of legal and administrative sectors, etc.
