Executive Decree No. 358/14 approving the Regulation of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Energy and Water (SG).

This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the Energy Ministry and the General Secretariat of Water (SG). This Regulation, consisting of 5 Chapters and 1 Annex, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution, as a technical support service, entitled to registering, monitoring and manage administrative, financial and logistical services of the Ministerial Department, including the budget, heritage, public relations and documentation and information, setting out its organization and functioning.
