Abstract
This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Fisheries. The Regulation, consisting of 3 Chapters and two Annexes, establishes composition, duties, responsibilities, powers and organization of this service, entitled to perform activities such as: registration, management of administrative, financial and logistical issues, common to other services of the Ministry, in particular budgetary management, public relations, documentation and information.
