Abstract
This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of Ministry of Fisheries (MINPESCAS). This Statute, consisting of four Chapters and three Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Ministry of Fisheries, entitled to: development, implementation, supervision and control of the management and planning of aquatic resources, fishing activities and aquaculture policy in Angola.
