Abstract
This Executive Decree approves the Guiding Norms to design Provincial Plans for Urban Waste Management. These Plans, consisting of 9 articles, is a support instrument to decision makers, technicians and other responsible persons of the National Sector related to Urban Waste Management to designing action planning aiming at guaranteeing the concretisation of defined strategy (PESGRU), approved by Presidential Decree No. 196/12.
