Abstract
This Presidential Decree, under the Presidential Decree No. 43/18, approves the Regulation of the National Directorate for Research and Planning (DNEP) within the Ministry of Economy and Planning. This Regulation, consisting of 16 articles divided into three Chapters and two Annexes, establishes composition and duties of the above mentioned Directorate, as a direct executive service, responsible for preparing public policy proposals for national development, contributing to the formulation of macroeconomic policies and their related management, as well as coordinating the preparation of planning instruments and the monitoring and evaluation of its implementation, etc.
