Abstract
This Executive Decree approves the Internal Regulation of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Energy and the Water (SG). This Regulation, consisting of 16 articles divided into 4 Chapters and two Annexes, establishes composition, duties, responsibilities, powers, organization and functioning of the above mentioned Secretariat as a technical support service of the Ministry of Energy and the Water. This Secretariat is entitled to perform several functions, such as: registration, tracking and management of administrative, financial and common logistics to all services of the Ministerial Department, in particular, administrative and legal proceedings, budgeting, public relations, etc.
