Abstract
This Executive Decree approves the Internal Regulation of the National Directorate of Aquaculture, under the Ministry of Fisheries. This Regulation establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Directorate, as a technical support department, responsible for functions, such as: designing, direction, control and enforcement of aquaculture policy.
