Abstract
This Executive Decree approves the Internal Regulation of the Consultative Committee of the Ministry of Fisheries and the Sea. This Regulation, consisting of 14 articles, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Committee, as a periodic consultation body of the Ministry of Fisheries and the Sea for the planning, organization and control of related ministerial activities and perform the following activities: a) give advice on the questions of the general policy of the Sector and Internal organization of the Ministry; b) evaluate the activity of the organs and services of the Ministry; c) evaluate the performance of the companies and bodies in the Sector; d) give advice on practical matters that, by their importance, have influence in the good operation of the services of the Ministry; e) give advice on the economic projects of the Sector.
