Abstract
This Executive Decree approves the Internal Regulations of the Cabinet for Studies, Planning and Statistics of the Ministry of Fisheries (GEPE). This Regulation, consisting of 3 Chapters and two Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Cabinet, as a technical crosscutting support service, whose main functions are preparing policy measures and overall strategy of the Fisheries Sector, study and carry out regular analysis on the general implementation of the activities of the various departments of the Ministry, as well as the guidance and coordination of statistical activities.
