Abstract
This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the National Water Directorate (DNA) as a direct executive service of the Ministry of Energy and Water. This Regulation, consisting of five Chapters and one Annex, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution, entitled to carry out research, preparation, implementation and monitoring of water supply policies and waste water, water and wastewater sanitation resources, setting out its organizational and operational structure, the skills of members of management and management positions and staff (in Annex).
